OUR PROJECTS
Clean up the World Campaign
In September 2016, Sahara embarked on a Beach Clean-up exercise at the Sakumono beach, located in Accra–Ghana. This programme was rolled out in close collaboration with the Australian High Commission (Ghana), Embassy of the United States of America (Ghana), and NshoreNa. The exercise saw over 200 participants join the local community members to rid the beach of filth.
Educational Sponsorships
Sahara has also given educational sponsorships to some brilliant but needy students to be able to pursue their tertiary education. The company pays their school and accommodation fees, as well as support them with monthly stipend for the purchase of educational materials and for their upkeep. One of such students is currently studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Ghana, Legon.
